My Samsung galaxy mega was updating at&t software update, and after it was complete I can no longer control my phone.everything else works but the touch screen I’ve tried reboot and its still not responding to my touch.please tell what to do.everything thing worked perfectly before I tried to update it.

    • Rocky, you should try a hard reset. Or else, get into an at&t store and explain them what happened. It sounds like their OTA update broke something. But first, try to reset Android with this tutorial.
